A new IGI game is in the works. A third installment in the IGI series has been confirmed to be in development by Artplant, a studio that was formed in 2001 by the original Project IGI developers after they left Innerloop Studios. After 14 years of absence, this is truly happening!
It is named Project IGI: We're Going In, and the devs said their best guess for the release is 2018. However, there is no exact date or confirmation about the trailer and the release.

Great announcement, I've been following your work since the demo release and actually prior to that too,
since I was eyeing the "Project IGI fan remake" which then evolved into this project (was big fan of IGI back when it came out) and although I haven't yet gotten the game, you have my interest. I think the game needs a bit more exposure though, it's pretty "under the radar" currently, if you know what I mean. Maybe send some pre-view copies to gaming mags/sites like PC Gamer or tactical shooter streamers like Blue Drake 42? Would pike interest for the game I believe.

Cheers.
