Congrats to Don and Imigos for settling the case, although it appears Alex is no going to leave you alone and start going after the judge instead, that's not going to end well for Alex.

Bought this game early to support. Any development updates?

Finally! I've been waiting for this to come back. Normally I don't like early access out of a matter if principal but I'll make another exception in this case as it looks swank. I hope the finished game is huge in number of stages and replay ability!

It's gonna sound bad, but I forgot this game existed. I remember hearing about it and digging it, but I guess at some point I forgot about it. With all the news about how wrong Ms. Mauer treated the company, it brought the game back into viewpoint. Shortly after I finish this comment, I'll be buying the game. Not just as a middle finger to Mauer, but because I loved the art style of the game and because it reminds me so much of old shoot em ups games like Gradius and R-Type. Good luck guys o/

Okay, to be honest, I hadn't planned on buying this game. On the other hand, I do appreciate the retro style of it and it reminds me of a much more innocent childhood of when I would throw quarters into a game like this at the local convenience store (badk when 7-11s would have a couple arcade games in a corner somewhere). Sadly, with the advancement of technology and console systems, those days are gone (and...well...we all grew older).

Then a certain whiny bitch named Alex Mauer started causing trouble for Imagos and anyone else who promoted this game on Youtube (including a coupole friends of mind who took some financial hits because of the shit pulled by Mauer).

So I'll be honest when I say that I decided to purchase this game when it went back up for sale as my way of giving Alex Mauer the finger and to support those she's trying to screw over.
