removing morale could help the game a lot, its simply a very annoying system - you will try to balance it out for the productivity anyway, so please dont punish players for not finding the right crew in a few jumps - the punishment of missing productivity is already enough to get the right crew

Since tehre are no escape pods on your ship, they must be dying not leaving.

Dont know if you will read this but can you guys fix building large ships?
What happens is that when i am building large ships my blocks will slowly end up getting out of synch and before i know it they dont fit anymore and it really screws up my ship.

Still no fix for being unable to set traderoutes between sectors! And still cargo fighter only transport 1 good at a time.

When a station hires crew for themselves, are they professional or untrained? And what about mines? Mines dont have captains when they are created(they dont need them) but if you add turrets to the mine and try to give it an order to attack enemies the game tells you the station needs a captain in order to recieve orders...
