I remembered watching some Youtubers play this game back before I had a headset, I thought it was the coolest thing ever. Now I have my Rift and with Touch coming out in December I can't wait to play this! Just bought it to make sure I have it when the time comes.

Bought the game to support you guys: very nice VR experience.
Unluckily I don't have the required space and just enjoying it partially ( until I crash pjysically on the wall :D ).
Hope you'll find a solution for smaller spaces and/or allow to recenter the position with the classic "teleportation".

I am so buying this game but I don't have nearly enough space as they require me to have. My space is around 2.8mX1.8m and I would really appreciate if you can make like the same course as you do with the larger space but just make it more compact. Can't wait for future updates!

Downsizing by .5 to 1m (something like 2.5x3) would be nice and allow me and I guess a lot more people to play your game.

Maybe some shifting-world function at half of the room could solve the size issue. In a room when reaching within the central .5m allow for rotating the room by 180deg upon press of a button, so the player can continue forward (ingame), whilst rl going back across his playspace.

Anyway, your game looks cool, so despite not being able to play at home I'm buying just to support you on going on.

Hope you're staying with 360deg roomscale/standing in your future titles.

Please release an update to allow for a little bit of a smaller room then the current recommended size. You should really have the room generator adapt to the room sizes people have registered on steamVR. I know it won't be possible for almost every type of size, but please add atleast another smaller option so that more people like me can purchase this game!

I could play this game fine with a 3 x 2,5 m playarea (depends on the random generation of the levels).

Of course in my case this works only with the Vive Lighthouse tracking system, because it is able to track my whole room. Oculus Constellation is not able to track all of the room.

There is a recent video of a guy playing "Hover Junkers" with Oculus Touch. His playarea is rather small, maybe 2 x 2 m. But the room the cameras need to fully track this space is much larger, at least 3,5 x 3,5 m (depending on room shape).

Oculus recommends two camera's side by side on a desk. That means occlusion looms when facing away from the desk at range. So that seems fair.

I'm going to put my camera's in a Vive-like position anyway. Even then, my room is too small. Still probably going to pick it up. ;-)

Yay! I love this game. I've played most everything for both Vive and Oculus and this is still one of the best things to show people and really shows off the capability of the Vive and VR in general. I can't imagine VR without roomscale in the future. Oculus really needs to pick up their game, but that's ok... that's why I have a Vive! :D

@HappyNoodleBoy222
So....you think a Vive fanboy is impersonating the Unseen Diplomacy devs and posting in their news section (hint: you can't do that) just to point out that Touch won't work for this "small experience game". People begged them to put it out there for others and they agreed to for a nominal fee that anyone could simply refund if they didn't like it. With asshats like you about, I'm sure they've had some regrets though...

People, if you can't see that HappyNoodleBoy222 is anything but a happy noodle, and is bitterly disappointed about his at-times inadequate purchase decision, you really need to....just read the crap he just wrote here. He's a sad little fellow who's saddled himself with inferior VR hardware and can't bring himself to order a Vive and re-up when it arrives within a week. ANd whatever you do.....don't even mention the likely fact that he won't get to "Touch" the VR world until sometime early next year...that'd push him right over the edge.

lol "Unseen Diplomacy". That's exactly what this so-called "game" really is, and nothing more (A+ for the inside joke guys, at least one of us gets it).

People, if you can't see that this is just another attempt (albeit a rather crafty/creative one) from some Vive fanboys to try to disprove the idea that the Rift can do room-scale as well as the Vive, you really need to take a lesson in "Unseen Diplomacies" (lmao).

Even the description above reads like some kind of subtly-veiled (but not really) propaganda bs.

The funny thing though (actually it's quite hilarious) is that they failed in their endeavors rather miserably, as not even most of the people with the fng Vive can run this steaming pile of doodoo lol.
