Greetings SteamWarriors, and Welcome to MechWarrior Online!

MechWarrior Online™ is a tactical online shooter set in the BattleTech Universe. The battlefields of the 31st century are dominated by powerful mechanized units known as BattleMechs.
You will assume the role of an elite MechWarrior, fighting against other players for supremacy over the galaxy.

MechWarrior Online first went into Closed Beta in May of 2012, followed by Open Beta in October of 2012. We formally left Beta on September 17th 2013, and MechWarrior Online has been under constant development ever since.
We currently patch twice a month, every other Tuesday at approximately 10:00 AM Pacific time. You can check out our entire history of patch notes on our website here.[mwomercs.com]
Future patches, news, and events will all be posted here on our Steam Community Hub, as well as on our website.

Oppressive user license agreement lets them silence bad reviews, opinions, and even "normal" game play. Totally subjective and arbitrary punishment. They do not trust their player base. Not really “free to play” when you must spend cash to play on even level. Learn to listen to criticism, not oppress and suppress critics, PGI.

Get better. I won't stop hoping.

Thanks PGI for really telling the story for all the clans, good job being biased again.
For the new players or thinking of joining, clan jade falcon and smoke jag= BAD bad guys(crusaders that will wipe you out.), wolf and ghost bear not so much(wardens wanting to protect terra and stop all the other houses from fighting)

But hey Ross never wanted clans to begin and is clear with how he can't allow everyone to have clan tech in their mechs so PGI nerfs the clans to make it balanced.

This is based on a tiny PGI office in Vancouver, BC. They are slow to deliver well needed patches which is understandable. But sadly this game is too grindy. It used to be bearable with IS mechs (10mil for an Assault) but not with Clan mechs (17mil at most).

To say in the end, I want to play to keep playing but my old mid-recommended spec'd-rig could not handle the new large maps... I lagged everytime... If that's how the game is, by expanding to a point where old players can't play unless if they upgrade than they are obviously still in an "Early Access" stage... How many times have they changed the UI!?!?! How amatuerish? Why? Isn't there a plan to stop this madness???

Such a great game! Graphics are beautiful, game play is spot on perfect, grind is a fraction of what most F2P games subject you to.

When you're ready to sink some money into it, check out the Mastery bundles in the Store tab. Far better deals there then the DLC stuff through Steam. Enjoy!

The last attempt to to squeeze more money fromt he casual whales, ahh PGI never fails. While the White knights will go at NO LENGHTS to exort the "many qualities" of this game, it's the same MOBA it has been for ages, with the added lies from the development team and lack of any trust. They fooled the founders into putting money in with lies, then discarded them when they became too "vocal" (read critical) of the promisses made and what was delivered, then proceeded to expel from the community the best of us because, you guessed it, they were too vocal.

Want to know why the packs of mechs are so expensive? Because they need the money, FAST! Check their main page, do you see community warfare, lore articles or even videos of gameplay? No. Five entire pages are sales of mech packs. That's the bottom line, they want your money and will go at no lenghts to get it.

As a closed beta tester, I have to say this game had a lot of potential even back in 2012. I am pretty hyped to see what its like now, after not playing MWO for nearly 3 years
