So... is survial to shape the future of the game or simply a "mode" we can try?...

It's hard enough to invest into something that wipes every month, investing into a 3 hour window will be a bit more harsh ontop of a reset.

In the normal mode, yes we invest time to level and gather as it's a persistant world that we can play at all times.

But yes it "is" possible to level, get skills, and other such things. Yet in 3 hours a day?... You'll get levels, maybe a set of gear, and hope you can get lucky on skill drops.

Feedback noted ("make the game F2P").

Thanks for the feedback! Sadly we cannot just "throw marketing at the game" and make it work. If it would work that way we'd have already done it. Even if we would spend a huge amount of cash at player acquisition campaigns right now that would not revive the game since people do not stick around long enough. First we have to make sure that the game experience is great and to make people come back to it again and again. Then we can improve the newbie experience. And then we can spend cash on user aquisition.

Instantly unlocking all skill slots and gear is not going to happen for Survival Mode. The plan is not to turn the game into a simple arena here. It actually should take some while to get your character maxed out. Even when playing only for a few hours each day there should be progress during the weeks that the game worlds are alive.

Sounds like a terrible plan that isn't going to improve sales or player retention. I played in alpha and had a lot of fun, when player base was good. I like your game but I'm telling you now, I'll never buy it.

Make it free to play if you want to increase your player count and sales, I would be happy to put money into this game if it was f2p and had a player base, but as it goes why would anyone want to spend money on a dead game?

Also a season should maybe last 2 months, rather than 1. Already takes the first week to claim the farthest north locations.

I know a few people don't want "seasons" but even with the concept to knock people out of "power", if they already dominated the last season chances are they will do so again and again.

Extending it would be a better option but another option could be instead of having a "world end" just have a tax for a city based on the duration is is claimed. (The time of course transfers to new owners if sieged to avoid avoiding this)

A "not ready game"... The game is a sandbox with PVP where you contest territory and has a full loot mechanic.

PVE isn't exactly finished but PVP functions pretty damn well unless you consider armors not exactly being "balanced" with one another.

They "should" have it F2P and just give benefits to those who buy. Be it reduce inventory size, reduce chance of pigments/skills to drop, reduce resources that spawn if a person is F2P, or make it so F2P cannot lead a clan.

The only downfall of this game is population, this was due to a poor choice to give a one week trail... I bought to support the game and got plenty of PVP even with it being "dead'. Only for my enemies to ask to join my clan... if I beat 3+ solo, why do I need them in my clan?... lol

@Ahne I believe it's just another server, thus why I was saying they should add an extra character slot for it.

make it f2p, stop trying to sell not ready game.

I still think the biggest issue with the game is that it has no marketing, just nobody knows about the game and we have some immersion breaking graphic glitches ingame that realle distracts from the nice atmosphere. With a better thought through marketing and a few days play for free (for new players) events it could rapidly fill a server with at least 20-40 players average population. Come on guys dont let the game die, it has such a good idea and gameplay, it just needs a playerbase and more bug fixing. Iam against the 3 hour season 7 idea, it kills the soul of the game for me, i wanted to grind and fight my way slowly to the top, level up and get new skills, get better gear and farm ressources, fight against opposing clans for better routes and settlements in the north etc.
