Lets take few minutes and mail support@telltalegames.com
and tell them that Tales from the borderlands and game of thrones Games aren't
out yet for mac and that we paid for it

Valiant did Steam reply with that response? Because the Mac version has not released. They're two separate downloads.

Arkham it says you can only get a refund before the game releases. So no dice there

It seems Steam refunds are hard to come by, but there's an exception for pre-ordered products that haven't released yet. You can see the refund policy and start the process on this page: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8360-WEJC-2625#refund

I'm going to wait until later today (maybe 8 hours from now) and if I haven't heard any news or gotten a download, I'll start mine. Software takes time, but support shouldn't take over a week just to get a response or noncommittal progress update.
