I hope regular will always be playable, even when Reboot is out of beta.

Best data-driven decision ever :) You have definitely won me back - about to try out the beta. Thank you chaps.

Wow Really respect guys, there so little dev these day really paying attention to an already released game, kudos for you guys
For the change agree with all of them, I pre ordered then playing for a little while then become bored because it just felt different than general, this reboot will definitely make me try it again.

Impressive action by the developers, I tried this a long while back when it was first on Steam, was very unsatisfied so I did refund it, I think I'm going to buy it again.

I am impressed by this action, regardless of the changes being made. While I do hope the new edition clicks better for me I am downloading it again just out of respect and benefit of the doubt for the effort made here. Way to rise above your peers.

I dont know I actually like a diverse resource based economy. Sure when you run out of aluminum your in trouble but there are ways around. I like the realism of "when your out of aluminum your out". Figure something out. Besides its just fun mining different elements. I like looking at the map and saying "O! aluminum" or "O! Oil" or "Rare Earth!". Makes the game a fight for resources. They should fix the skirmish bug which doesn't allow you to quit without surrendering

Am I dreaming?

A game developer actually owning up to their mistakes?

Hell yes for upfront payments, cannot count the number of times I got screwed over when I was pushing out units to keep pressure on the enemy, only to find out that my math was wrong and production stopped at different %s for units.

The most pressing thing I got about AoA is that sometimes it's challenging to spread defences from your oil and aluminium to your rare earths. I somehow make a bad job defending rare earth extraction, so late-game is a bit shitty in my case. Having just money does take me back to the nostalgic days of Act of War and Generals, but for AoA a perfect mix would be to have only money, electricity and rare earth: you are severely restricted if you don't have aluminium once you get to 2nd tier of tech (for US you are relegated to infantry only in this case), and utterly useless at 3rd tech tier (b/c all units need at least aluminium/rare or all 3 resources).

It's great the new edition of the game, and what if you recover the m2a3 bradley of the act of war and implement it in the act of aggression? Ok?

This is splendid news! I'm glad I supported you from the beginning.
