After restarting, the matchmaking appeared to move along faster but after it said it found something, I went through a process of waiting for players to connect and waited for more loading to get done. Then it booted me to the main screen with a message that the match was canned due to player disconnect...
1) Sometimes the view randomly starts spinning clockwize uncontrollably. Can only stop it with esc, and resume. No idea what is causing this. But it's a big problem in the heat of battle.
2) If you have oculus rift, you have to disable the service, or the game won't start. I had to use a batch file. Could you have this in the game start sequence possibly, or check if the service is running, stop it? Then when closing fractured space, have it re-start it. The batch file I used was:
net stop OVRService
pause
The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem
