- Energy regen rates for Frigate, Disruptor and Sniper (was 30/sec instead of intended 200/sec). 

- Increased the zoom out function for the Frigate to fall in line with other smaller ships.

- x2 XP multiplier is now correctly awarded after your first victory of the day.

DESIGN BUG FIX - The Shutdown and Repair ability has been fixed so it correctly functions and provides health during the Shutdown procedure.


ART - Level of Detail has been correctly implemented on the ECG Hunter skin


Fixed incorrect damage on Plasma Caster and missing balance changes for the Assassin.  New balance changes are as follows:

DESIGN BALANCE - ASSASSIN ROCKETS - Increased projectile speed of weapon system from 3000 m/s for 5 seconds to the new 5000 m/s for 3 seconds

DESIGN BALANCE - PLASMA CASTER - Increased projectile speed of weapon system from 2000 m/s for 3 seconds to the new 4000 m/s for 3.5 seconds

Projecitle damage changed from 50 ppd to 60 ppd - Damage over Time was applying 100 every 1 secs for 10 secs. Damage over Time now applies 100 every 0.5 secs for 5 secs fixing issue with damage attenuation which was effectively activating at 1000m - attenuation removed. 


CODE BUG FIX - Set Disruptor Faster Blaster Activation Mode to OneShot and matched cooldown to refire rate to fix missing sounds and muzzle flashes.
