PC Save Data Loss Follow-Up

We understand that some PC players lost their save data before we were able to correct an issue with the most recent patch. An updated patch was recently released to add Jason and all of the other patch improvements back into the game and no other players should experience save loss when installing the patch. We are truly sorry if the recent patch did cause you to lose your game save. Affected players should be hearing from us soon with details on how we are addressing the situation.

If you lost your save due to the patch and have not heard from us by Friday May 8th at 12pm EST, please submit a Customer Service help request by visiting support.wbgames.com and selecting “Ask for Help” from the menu at the top. Select “Gameplay Help Request” as your Question Type, “Save Game issue” as your Specific Question, and include your Steam Account Name in your help request description. We will make sure that you are helped out if you were impacted by this issue.

Absolutely shocking how everyones been treated. 10,000 koins as compensation! how ridiculous! for a character i'm never going to play! i can't believe it's taken this long and still no compensation..been waiting so long for this game only to be kicked in the bollox AFTER the initial terrible install. It's been over a month now and no compensation for an error on your behalf, can you PLEASE resolve this issue! I filled in a ticket and done as i was asked. Ludacris.

Worst PC port ever, worst developers ever (HVS=High vomit sh*t) , worst customer service ever.....they managed to screw the best fighting game franchise...... why this is not like Street Fighter , you get the same as console players with better graphics ...and at least they do listen to their fans

Still no "tanya" Dlc ....no patch for PC (Console version allready have 2 patches, one with free skins, we PC players are missing the reptile klassic skin ) but the more important the F*cking patch , FIX THIS BETA GAME , give us some response . Almost a month since the last official news this sucks

@SickMonstro and @FenrisViking you need to turn off your beta participation in steam .

View >>> Settings >>> Account >>> Beta Participation >>> Change >>> NONE

and BOOM you are out of the beta program, and your game will no longer re-install after each time you close steam =)

24hrs until the patch ???? i want this game to be patched , to be finally patched so i can play and have "the same experience as console players".....

Same problem here, everytime I close Steam it has to redownload all packages all over again

My MKX now downloads every single of them 29 packages every time I start Steam. Does anyone with this same/new issue?

I have 5 tickets in support for about 2 months and no answer. Pretty shit support here too.

If you want this game for PC. GO PIRATE. The online mode here doesn't work and is pretty much the same pirated version. My biggest regret was spending money in this game, even being a mk fan. GO PIRATE! THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR MONEY.

"The Mortal Kombat Team" are a bunch of unprofessional people that don't deserve this space in steam. DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE, NOT EVEN MK X (for pc) IF you still don't have it.
