Finally got it to work by switching from full screen to windowed mode and then switching to a borderless window. I think the prior stored graphics settings were confusing this new version of the game. Something about how the settings are stored has changed.

On a 2016 MacBook Pro I can't do anything. Doesn't respond to keyboard or mouse. Just sits there and asks me if I want to resume or create a new game or change settings or quit, but I can't get to any of those options. Clicking does nothing. Up and down arrows do nothing.

I didn't expect this to still get updated! Maybe I'll need to check it out a second time...

The performance in VR is much better than it was, although still not 100% perfect. I can play on medium/high settings with resolution scaling at 200 on a gtx1070 with stuttering only really happening during the holograms. But it does still reproject ~30% of the frames...

I gotta set the resolution scaling high, because anything lower and everything just looks super blurry on the Vive...

I've been emailing correspondence with a developer. This update is destroying the gameplay experieince on my iMac. It is now basically unplayable, where before it was just fine. Even at the lowest of low settings it now jerks, stutters, holograms stutter and have audio out of sync. It just sucks balls.

FOLLOWUP: It does in fact work in VR, but it's a bit finicky to start. If you launch from desktop (VR not running) and choose to launch in Vive mode, it will launch in desktop mode first, and eventually boot the headset. Putting it on, it will "detect" that the headset has been put on and switch to VR mode. If the headset idles, it will switch back to desktop mode.

The bug: If you launch the game with VR already running (from Steam VR Home for instance), it will launch in desktop mode and never switch to VR mode. You can trick it by taking the headset off, putting it on the floor and letting it become idle, and then putting it on. The game will switch to VR mode.

Really looking forward to trying the patch! But, as other's have stated, it won't launch in VR mode on the Vive. Hoping for a quick fix soon so we can try it this weekend! :D
