Any ways left to get this game? Does the sealed copy contains a steam key inside? Thanks!

For whatever reason I am unable to buy this game in Australia and 3rd party sites charging hundreds of dollars for a $3 game, honestly seen my fair share with scalpers but that's really taking the piss. Does anyone know any way to purchase this on Steam, since I highly doubt it's due to it being banned since there was never any issue with the other games....

I need some help, been a long time since I have played and I'm just getting back into my old account. For the life of me I can not remember what keys to hit to bring up the Artillery/SPG overhead view and map. I've seen some old videos on YouTube where they were talking about hitting L CTRL or Shift or something like that but that only puts me in Sniper View. WTH? I can NOT find a list of key functions anywhere except for a limited few that F1 gives you. CAN ANYONE HELP?...
