Yes standard movies go at 24. i was talking about resident evil 4 ultimate edition, it lets you cap at 30 fps for that old school game frame rate. you can also cap at 60 if you so desire.

@lubyek you mean locked at 24fps? standard movies play at that frame rate.

30 fps was great back in the days but if we can go further than 30 pfs even up to a 100 if not more 200!!! why not do it it only makes you're experience better ^^

no, of course 30 fps doesn't look better, and never will. 60 fps looks amazing. i understand you have a particular prefrence/taste, but in gaming higher frame rate always = better and smoother gameplay experience. this is not cinema, but if you're playing the game for purely cinematic reasons, you can lock your framerate to 30 fps.
