StarDrive 2 Released!

Greetings space fans! StarDrive 2 is now released! I know you'll be digging in to building your first space empire today, and it can be hard to step away when you've got the option for just, one, more, turn. But when you take a break, come say hi to us on the forums!

If you have some questions about how to play or you want to discuss strategy and tactics, then our experts will be on hand to help out. Also if you experience any technical issues, please come by the forums and we'll do what we can to resolve your issue.

Also don't forget to check out the Workshop! We've already got some modders adding ships and more to the game, so give that a gander to see if there's something for you there.

I have not been able to find stardrive 2 workshop mods and don't say click on the community tab that brings up every workshop available which stardrive 2 is not in

I would rather play Star Drive one personaly. I loved the real time Machincs and the simple game play of the first. This just falls short with an idenity crisis. Going to play Star Drive one thou....

I really loved Star Drive. But im hestitant to pick this up. It came out very quickly and looks quite a bit shy of what was initially promised. One of the major selling points of me supporting your decision to drop support for Star Drive and start Star Drive 2 was the multiplayer aspect. I kinda stopped following the development since I though it would be 3 or 4 years out. When I saw this in store today I was suprised, excited, and a little dissapointed all in one. Did you decide to do away with multiplayer completely for this version? I'm on the fence. I really like your game, and if you are going to patch in multiplayer for Star Drive 2 I'll pick it up as soon as I see your answer. If you are saving that for Star Drive 3 I think I'm going to wait.

People butt hurt about the first one why not move on its been almost two years. If you want it to heal stop scratching it you nubs. Most of you people complaining probably got it on sale for cheap anyways.
