I think you mean the achievement : "Not so fresh water"
The achievement "Fresh water" is from chapter 5 completion
Hey, thanks for reporting this. We changed it so that you have to take a photograph of the report instead of interacting with it, but looks like this broke the achievement.
We're going to be fixing this in the next patch. If all goes well, it'll be out tomorrow.
If you have a saved game on this level, keep it handy. If you have a saved game before using the water analyzer, the achievement should trigger correctly after the patch hits. If your saved game is after you've used the water analyzer, the game should retroactively award you the achievement.
Unfortunately we can't retroactively award the achievement if you're already in the next level.
Definitely a false positive. That's a file used by the Hammer level editor.
