SteamVR Beta Updated (1500416868)

The SteamVR Beta has been updated with the following changes.

General:
  • Fix for timeout loop that occurred in some situations with wireless headsets.
  • Fixed a resource leak for SetOverlayRaw or SetOverlayFromFile.
  • [OSX] resolves memory leak in submit for apps without an @autoreleasepool
  • [OSX] corrects installation of steamvr helper ipcserver service
  • [Linux] Improved performance of OpenGL clients if EXT_memory_object_fd is available
  • [Linux] Flipped over to the KHR version of external_memory and external_semaphore Vulkan extensions; recent RADV or NVIDIA driver 381.26.08 is now required
