Please remove asteroids or increase there rareness because I timed it and if you fast forward there are asteroids every 2 minutes I started a base it was going fine till asteroid after asteroid and all my ppl starved to death because I couldn't build a food machine because my ppl were to busy putting out fires

Quickly remove the airlock zone once you have your chosen person on the station, and watch them for any signs of a parasite.
So yes all combat situations will crash the game now, work around it and help them figure out what the conflict is.
I'm not on a mac, i'm using win 7 64bit, way above the requirements. The general order of the bug is, killing an enemy causes the game to first "half crash/not responding" then it continues after a few moments, but all animations are frozen and nothing can be done, then it completely goes to "not responding" it happens with the parasite when not using security guards, and using security guards causes the bug to happen instantly.

@drakon - the patch is not compatible with older save games, press esc after loading, make a new game
@EVERYONE ELSE - there definitely is a general game crashing bug in this version involving outright combat, there is a solution though it involves refusing nearly all new arrivals. Putting a wall all the way around your base area unconnected to your base, stops pirate "ships" from docking to your station that solves that issue. Another way to stop combat situations is to keep your three people on your base, remove the airlock zone so nobody can try to get in, and use any new arrivals for mining (if you placed a refinery on a 4x4 floor near asteroids before locking down your station) this way nobody with a parasite can start combat on your base, and all combat is avoided, you can use this method as cannon CANNON FODDER SCREENING. New arrivals will die, and you can set them to security and guide the ones you want on your base to the airlock while keeping the others busy.

yes every time someone is killed in combat = crash

also there seems to be some bug with the wall display...it seems to alternate between full walls an half wall display...at least for me.

Oh and a builder just spaced himself..so....not quite sure what to make of that.

but a big compliment on updating the game regulary as you said you would! Keep the updates coming! *thumbs up*

I think I found a bug in this new update. My game crashes a few seconds after someone has been shot, whether it is a raider, or one of my citizens.
