Households need to use firewood in the spring and summer to cook food... it's just less wood than winter where you'd have a fire on all day for heating as well. (Don't even try to argue an all day fire, I used to live without electricity in the woods).

How about we get the Market people to Push resources to homes instead of people going to pick them up.

Excellent game, I second more buildings and dedicated spaces like parks, resource movement improvements, and other villages where there is an exchange of people, items, maybe culture..

But I'd also like to know if anyone has been losing games to crashes?

It would be terrible to get to population 200 slowly and with a stacked larder only to lose my efforts!

So, does anyone know if this game is ever getting updated?

There won't be human crime or banditism in this game, but you can create one if the developer decide to open AI mods in Workshop.

I'd like two improvements to happen :
--> improving the colons AI at small scale (up to 50 ppl) like avoiding sucidal tendencies by not bringing the town's food at home, or the logs that we chopped for them.
--> choose whether the time passes slower, or the map scale is larger. I guess it would be easier to slow the pace down, than doing the opposite, as the buildings and humans would be so tiny that they'd look like ant's poop on the screen.

You know that you're doing an awesome job here, and I like this game. Thank you for allowing Mods, you'll see that it'll bring a lot of fresh air and interest for your game.

The game could use more buildings. Once you get to the point where you're just building more of the same building you've already built it starts to get boring. It either needs that or some kind of bandit invaders late-game.

Continued......The main issue is whenever your population increases you need a lot more food and you don't have to laborers to turn into hunters/fisherman/farmers or gatherers. There may need to be a slight reduction in the amount of citizens you need to fully operate these food buildings. And one last thing that would be really good. Why do households need to use firewood in the spring and summer? That makes no sense.

@Kryten2k35 Farmers do laborious things during the winter months such as gather resources and move resources so that should not be an issue. @ Dev needs to put mod support on hold and come out with some more useful updates. Endersblade made a good point with the resource movement, that would be a great tool to have. I used it in Zeus myself and was key to strategy. Something I really think this game needs is a reduction in the amount of food needed by each house. I've got one new house that can never get food because the other houses are hogging it all up. I see one house with a spread of goods while another house might only have a few potatoes.
