i think anti cheat should be implemented with any game that has MP, not added after release. but thats just my opinion
In dying light I have already modded the game myself and changed the textures to 4k resolution textures. The textures only pop up every once in a while because I am still working on modding the rest of the world. It takes a lot of time and effort to be able to format all the vanilla game textures and get better quality ones.
