I don't support feminism, but egalitarianism. I think this is a great step. Good for you, Paradox!

Great Idea! Nice that you thought of it, it always felt odd not to have f.e. female advisors. Women did have a much bigger influence on world politics than it previosly felt like in the game. Good thing for authenticity, nice message on womens day and by the way quite a load of content for free.

I approve of this. This is a great reminder of all the great women out there that shaped history, unlike what many people in congress and the media want us to believe. Good on you, Paradox! This is a step towards real equal representation, not forced quotas!

@Spindel[-Tap-] no davidamiano is right... it goes after Richard III, Henry VII then Henry VIII then Edward VI then Mary I and finally Elizabeth I if Edward VI had had a long reign then his own children would have probably inherited but he didn't so Mary got it.

I don't get why people are associating this with stupid feminism.
Don't get me wrong, I'm an anti-feminist.
I'm the first to call out feminist degeneracy.

But these guys are not condescending to the other sex, they are not holding women up as if they were the goddess of the world.
They are just offering additional content that will make the game more interesting and realistic.

If they blow this thing out of proportion to the point of being unrealistic, I'll get why people would get angry.
Not only would be patronizing, it would be riddled with biases and agenda pushing.

However, reading the description, it just seems like fair representation.
I don't see any problem here.

this is obviously for the stupid feminist so they do not feel left out

....and yet they are almost not mentioned in the base game. If anything this DLC is quite fair to do as its not like they are being put above anyone only to where they were historically present and if you wish to be ignorant of history just disable the DLC and continue practicing what Nazis were great at ...being arrogant and spreading ignorance....

to the rest that think this an example of Feminism going to far, that said I certainly do think they go to far at times were it becomes obvious they dont care about equality at all and only that woman are "better" but this is not one of these cases... The ppl calling this Feminazism are definitely a little odd considering it is Historically well know for Woman in this time period to both rule various city, duchy's, and sometimes even Kingdoms as well as they are widely present in legal reforms and quite vocal and present in Church reforms (ex protestant league was helped by woman spies sending letters to the protestant rebels telling them of their catholic husbands troops size and movements)....

@davidamiano I'm sorry but your wrong it goes Edward IV then Edward V (only ruled for 86 days) then Richard III (who died in the War of the Roses 2 years later) and then finally Queen Elizabeth I and Henry VII(who won the war of Roses his son Henry VIII succeeds later and makes Church of England etc..)
for Edward the VI the successor is Queen Mary not Elizabeth Paradox made no error here
