I Wonder where my prepurchase artwork and sound track are?

so, i pre-ordered this, downloaded it and there's nothing about the art or soundtrack, no download, no link, no instructions related to it, frickin' nothing. all i could find were instructions to check the store for DLC (which the aforementioned items are listed as) but the store says there's no DLC for this game.
HOW DO I GET MY PRE-ORDER ITEMS? any help would be appreciated.

BTW, some people are indicating that the sole word "digital" implies a file download. I kindly disagree... a CD is digital in nature, and there's where the confusion comes.

"digital soundtrack" and a physical image of a CD case? This is ambiguous... They should have advertised this bonus as a "DIGITAL DOWNLOAD", or if they really meant a physical CD, they should've referred to as a CD. Not that I really care much, but I've already read several complaints about this and IMHO a clarification should be posted.

So...none of this is physical? Considering they show a picture of the "soundtrack" as if its real and the page says its digital is pretty crappy. Yay for false advertising."

Dude... what part of DIGITAL SOUNDTRACK u didn't get it?

Those pics are of those particular items as seen in the Japanese e-capcom exclusive Limited edition for PS3, that's where they're getting the images from.
