Just wanted to post a note here that some of us still play this game. I love it, it's just right for me. It's a piece of frozen history.

I just purchased this game for both myself and a friend so we could play through Steam only to find out the multiplayer mentioned in the description is not actually online multiplayer through Steam, but instead more of a take turns using the same computer multiplayer. Man, I just spent $20.00 for no reason. I really wanted to play online with my friend. So guys, be weary if you are buying to play online against your friends, because it's not possible. Man, that's so disappointing....

I'm trying to get a standalone Scrabble game for my elderly mother. I bought this and have tried different compatibility settings but the screen does not update. I need to minimize and maximize in order to see the effects of each click on the screen. I.e. unplayable....

Does this game (Steam version) work with Windows 10?

I notice that after I close the game it stays "running" and even if I click the "stop" button it continues. I've tried shutting steam down, and running an "uninstall" but both of those actions fail to get the game to stop running. Are you guys mining my data? Is this a virus or a game? (lol, I kid?) At any rate, not sure how to get the game to stop its processes. Please advise....
