Final Hours of Tomb Raider won't start on my MacBook Pro

I bought this game and can't make a refund because of a false purchase date which is earlier than the actual date, I can't make a refund and can't contact support, because of the stupid incident system that doen;t give me a chance to write a comment or anything...

I know the fact nothing comes for free, and 3$ isn't something big in amount and we have the liberty to buy this or not as no one forces us to get this. But wouldn't it better if they would have given this as an incentive to those people who have completed all achievements or something on this line?...

I just killed the SWAT team surronding the zombie and shot out his armor with the .50 cal, but I don't have enough ammo to kill him. None of my weapons seem to hurt him. Any help?
