I hate your update. AI on easy nukes every 3 minutes, and has the map saturated within 10 minutes of the game start.

Been following this game for a while. I am very glad I waited and will continue to wait. Juding from youtube videos the game is way more balanced and fast paced than it was prior and is really tempting to get in it current state but it still seems to need more balancing and some optimization. Orbital play doesn't seem that impressive yet,

@LeoEnlightenedOne Was it possible he hit the delete key? When I last played PA back in September it was possible to self-destruct without warning by doing this. I haven't played since as my laptop couldn't handle the game decently but with my new computer due to arrive I will definitely play it much more than I did when I first got it.

Played a networked game with two planets, one archipeligo starting planet and one metal moon planet, one of the players commanders spontaneously combusted at 70% health on the moon, there were 10ish advanced fab aircraft and one tech 1 fab aircraft in the group assisting him building a catapult. There were no nukes with glitched graphics, no deaths from above, no shots fired, no visual indication that an explosion on one planet passed damage to units on the other. He just combusted straight to 0 in health. I have no idea how or why. Has any else experienced weird unit death? I watched the replay multiple times and there was no chance anything hit the commander, it was a 1v1v2v2v2v2 with 8 AI and two humans, AI eco boost was at 4.
