I'll wait for finished game/reviews.
right now i would not say "jaw-dropping visuals" needs a bit more pollishing- lasers look awful.
maybe cut down on how many units on screen and up the visuals.
with 2 780TI in SLI, octa core at 4Ghz 1200w psu, speakers, monitor.
I bet you will burn 0ver 1200w an hour just to play at 30+ fps.
so what $5 Electricity per play.. good thing its winter I'll heat my house while I play.
I know if I can afford my system I can aford the extra power bill, but be warned might cost you an extra $60 a month..I know..I have had those bills.

Supreme commander was the best. Still play it. This game is also looking good, but don't make it a very fast paced game again. We have them already to many. Let every unit count. make small, big and even bigger maps, and let us save multiplayer games. That was the only bad thing about supreme commander, big maps, but no multiplayer save, so nobody did play the big maps.

supcom was terrible, springrts games played wayyyy better. And total annihilation >, if this can bring some fun tight gameplay liks springrts managed(and supcom didn't) this could be great.

Supcom was ahead of its time

I personally would like to see a game that has everything this one does combined with the ability to play a 3rd/first person in depth stat oriented charecter of there own. only allowing a few to build the npcs and recruit actual charecters as high commanders of the faction. the benefit being that real charecters respawn after a period of time.Skyrim meets Starcraft meets planetside 2 whos with me?!

Gotta agree with TheMellowFellow. It's been done - this isn't new. That said, bring it on! SupCom never did have a worthy successor... its sequel was a bad joke.

Better yet Total Annihilation (re-created on Spring engine for free - springrts.com).

Both massive scale, individually calculated projectiles with their own 3D models and jaw-dropping visuals have been done before, in the same game even.
Remember Supreme Commander?

Anyhow, more of a good thing is definitely something the RTS genre needs badly.
Keep up the good work! I hope it'll live up to the expectations.
