@Urrutia If you raise a support request in the Help sub-forum we'll be happy to assist you in using the Paint Tool.

Paint tool didn't work.

@Reborn i might be wrong but shouldn't they have made the proper tools before even starting on the game? How else do they make the game? I don't mind they make them though, i love editors in games to play around with.

When .3 roughly due? I haven't played more than 20 minutes of the game, hyped by the potential but guess I jumped in too early for my playability standards

Glad to see some work on the editor.

yes most definatly am more interested in the actual game play and story line,, the tutorial is a little whack with only being able to have 5 soldiers, and getting items for knights that also you cannot get, dont get me wrong still love it, but really want more story and quests could care less about user creations

The Editor is an essential pre-requisite tool used internally to design Sandbox maps. No tools, no sandbox. For those not interested in the Editor, Patch 0.3 will be the next big slice of playable content since the Tutorial.

@ReBorN - They built what exists of the campaign/tutorial without the user-end tools that consumed recent months.

While I don't begrudge other users getting what they want (tools to create with), I find said tools overly complicated for my taste and was probably never going to do much content creation anyway.

To me (and it sounds like to Bradaz as well), it was a trade-off in development that probably served some people well, but didn't do much for those of us who just wanted to play the game. I'd, of course, love to see quality user-generated content prior to the full-release... but until then, I too am waiting to see something more akin to what the devs original plan was before getting derailed by the clamor for the editor.

@Bradaz - They can't expand the game without a good set of tools for that.

Really liked this games potential, any plans for a sandbox mode?
Glad im supporting the game but super worried Banished is gonna suck me in when released, would love more of a taste of this game before that one eats my time.
