If anyone is having issues the -VR doesnt work anymore. They added the option in the graphic menu. You have to turn Virtual Reality mode on, the restart the game. After it restarts you need to click "Enable Virtual Reality" on the main menu.

I'm glad they've updated.. But I can't seem to get it working at all. I've tried different resolutions, and different screen options.. I've tried using the -vr launch line, and without.. It wont save Enabled on for my VR settings, after a restart, and it forces it to go windowed, so I can't get it to display on my Rift correction.

It'd be nice if I could just run the game in VR mode, in 1080p (because the game looks better for me that way). It'd also be nice if there was a launch command to force it to use the SECOND monitor like "-screen 2" or something.

Anyway, I'm assuming I have to wait for a bug-fix update to this, before it will work for me. :/

Win! These adjustments will vastly streamline the experience. I will have to give it a try, I was waiting for some fixes before jumping into the Episodes.

Thanks, appreciate all the work Joe. But so far I've been mostly testing and showing off Half Life 2 VR and I think I'll wait for the high-res Consumer version for a full playthrough.

The graphics were much more defined before the upgrade, now it seems almost to a lower resolution!
It only happens to me?
Of course I'm talking about the version oculus!
