Also, I'd like to notify that the Planetary battles are now even harder than they were, Missiles are now useless as you cannot build that Imba Centurion, and Medics (Repair Sticked Robots)
are now clumsy - they tend not to heal when built with Mortar. Also, the Merchants are now even better equiped than rangers or pirates, even better than military in early-mid game, they have 1200 hulls with full stack of weaponry, that adds quite alot of challange, but in my opinion it should be nerfed a bit. Then, the Pirates now are literally cowards, they just run if engaged a better equiped vassel, even when against 1:10. I've lost many systems due to that.

Those are the only major problems I can spot so far, fortunetly, there are more positive things than negative.

Ah, finally, I like when developers still patch and make updates, just to let you know, did a great job, keep it up, hm, maybe you could launch the game on Steam Pass, mostly everyone buys games at those times.

Finally! It was getting really annoying having to build a whole new military base, when you wanted to use one.
