Hello anybody out there still playing the game. After some fiddling around with Docker outside of my work life, I've cobbled together a container that runs an AVWW server. (The container runs the Windows version under Wine, because my silly face didn't realise we have a native Linux build of the game as over 2015). The server is running on a cloud-based dedicated Linode instance, so it should be up 24/7 unlike my original server from a few years back that was running on a computer I built and stashed und...

Or does the game loop just continue forever?

Is there a limit to how deep the caves go, in terms of deeper tiers?

I've in my last session at some point somehow started seeing lines from enemies towards my character that look alot like debug visualisations - 1 pixel wide, light blue color default and red if the enemy notices me. Thing is, neither of the debug keybinds that I could find in the settings menu or keybinds.dat file turned them off again! Has anyone ever come across this behaviour? A restart of the games doesn't remove them....

When I click launch my own server nothing happens. Is the multiplayer disabled?
