Yeah, now I see why they are remaking this game, it did not age very well. Movement is too slow, combat is clunky, quests can be very boring because most of them consists of walking around a certain areas... And yet I can't dislike this game, not at all. The writing carries the whole thing I game. Geralt in particular has some great moments that made me like him. It also has one of most bomb-ass ending sequences I have seen in a video game, very epic even. I'm glad I gave this a shot so Witcher 2 and 3 can be more meaningful when I play them.
