how can i request a refund?

I've asked for a refund twice now and I'm on OSX. You no longer state this game can be played on OSX on your steam app and refuse to give me a refund.

It's a faulty game; faulty purchase process and now I'm stuck with a game I can F*****G play!!

Same here, no graphical issues, just really bad fps drops, it drops from 90fps to single figures and waits until it's caught up with itself, any idea when a fix is due for PC, I had a huge update on PS4, but seems PC is on the back burner😠

how about releasing the updates that u have done now with the graphics fixes ect ect so we can play the fucking game and gradually work on that?

Yeah I have no idea what all the fuss is about, so far my gameplay has been totally fine, nothing terrible has happened, running on max settings, its smooth as butter, the game hasn't whacked out on any glitches or hiccups.

My game was fine....till i started the story... screen went black and game wouldn't respond anymore.... solved it by disabling "interactive paper debris" ...
