I have completed every achievement except no-damage ones. But these 3 didn't unlock. Is there a bug or something else going on?

I'm using SAM to reset my achievements but every time i run the game (weather i delete the file or not) the achievements pop right back up. How do i solve this?

in rebirth the only way to havea CHANCE at beating purist was to take devil deals NOW DEVIL DEALS SUCK litterally the only items you have are so bad. brimstone feels WEAKER than standerd tears how the ♥♥♥♥ is this even close to fair its harder than anything repentance has. its not even close...

like honestly so many rooms feel way too hard if not just impossible to clear if certain monsters become eternal. so am i actually expected to dodge this or is this games idea of a hard mode just actual luck?

From the middle of the game until Satan, FPS stays around 20 by eye. Steam FPS counter does not work. During explosions, up to 10 frames may drop. On the final boss of the game, the explosive leeches in Hell when they exploded reduced the frame rate below 10 at the moment of explosion. As a result, I could not dodge Satan’s hooves and somehow defeated him with the remaining half of my heart. When I entered the room, I had 11 of them.
