Since you've already contacted Steam, that's basically all you can do beyond ensuring that you definitely have no cheat software on your pc at all (so you don't get banned in other games). If your ban was correctly applied though, it won't be lifted and they won't tell you what caused it. On the small chance that you were banned incorrectly though, support are still the only people who can help.
