"Important:
All VAC bans are permanent - Valve has a zero-tolerance policy for cheating and will not lift VAC bans under any circumstances."
No one is saying it's perfect and flawless. In this case however, it did EXACTLY what it was supposed to do. Someone using your account cheated (whether or not it was you is irrelavent) and VAC detected it and banned the account accordingly. Case closed.
Yeah, good luck with that lawsuilt. You broke the Steam ToS by cheating.
If you do buy it again, you better make sure you don't have any cheats on your PC. VAC WILL detect them again...and ban the new account.
....and the easy thing would've been not cheating, because you, or someone with access to your account did.
Also maximum delay about VAC bans is 2 months defintly not 6 months.
