Can I buy tf2 items from community market while vac banned and trade them

I have money to buy a tf2 on vac banned account so if I buy a key will I be able to trade it, will I even be able to buy it

Last time I checked, paid items are not affected by a ban unless you're talking CSGO.... So it should work, yes.

The answer is no ! he cannot trade even paid items to an other account period. He will still have his paid items in his ban account and can still use them but no he cannot trade them or transfer them to another account period.
