Looks like you used the SAM achievement hack as you've unlocked 167 achievements in 37 hours all on the 31st of March at 8.33. Although this may not be the cause of the ban; it just shows you aren't a credible player.

VAC bans are permanent and cannot be removed, hence 'unbans' do not exist.

May I ask, how did you actually unlocked all achievements on the same day with the exactly same time?

Obviously a SAM (Steam Achievement Manager) User.
