VAC BANN BY MW2
I was banned in mw2 for no reason. I had logged in and wanted me from joining in a private lobby and dan I was bann. Can someone help me and tell me how I can play mw2 again?

VAC bans are delayed and you dont get banned for no reason so you cheated ;)

If you hack/mod prepare to face the consequences. That's what I did tho it took them 3 years to ban me :D

3 years? Wut?

OT: As has been said, all you can do is contact Steam Support. But the fact is if a cheat was used on your account, by ANYONE or ANY program, then sorry, but the ban will stick.

Forgot about that. Activision really REALLY don't like people messing with the code at all.

As a rule of thumb: using external programs to mess with the game is a bad idea.

Aw, come on, dude, I'd say "use at your own risk" at worst. TF2 has become so much more when I use this mod:

Totally worth it and totally legal. Though you're right, you never know if otherwise perfectlly acceptable mods are laced with detectable cheats...
Edit: It's occured to me you may be relating to only MW2?

The one replaces game assets. E.g. animations. Or, well, assets. You know, stuff like textures, models and stuff.
The other messes with core game files. That means code files, e.g. DLLs.
