IF you think this is incorrect, contact Steam support.

I Just did and they replied "Your question may already be answered in our knowledgebase:

yes this is a VAC problem....not.
the only place for this is support.

First of all, you're not allowed to share your account.
Second of all, your account is your responsibility. Either you, or your "cousin" did something (ie - scamming).

You were banned by Valve for scamming.

Enjoy it! You will not be unbanned.

Sure you did, you read the Steam subscriber agreement when you signed up for Steam, and then you agreed to it. :)

I did not know about red traffic lights and they still give me a fine.
so unfair.

I did not read it == just agreed and signed up....

Sorry Mate.
Same thing happened to a lot of people, it's just a common thing that happens
Whether or not it was a a mistake dosen't matter much, there hasn't been a ban withdrawl for a good while now, I doubt they still do them.

That's your fault. You can't complain, it's a contract you agreed to... not our fault you didn't read it.

Too bad, that's your fault. So stiffen that upper lip, and deal with it.

Again man, sorry, most people don't read the guidelines in installation guides. VAC tends to not respond to people saying "I didn't know" or "I'm sorry". Your best bet is to just send a message, pray for the best and move on.

this has nothing to do with VAC :P
