Once VAC detected?
On my profile it says I was once detected by VAC 190 days ago. What does it mean?

That you were VAC banned 190 days ago.

As said above, it means that some time ago you got banned from a game.
That means that you can no longer access the online services to the game.
The game you were banned from can be found in settings > Vac status > Click on the question mark and it should be listed.
