Gaming mouse
Thinking about purchasing the a4tech bloody v7 and it is supposed to have some sort of less recoil and I think a burst fire...

Is it bannable?

Not by VAC, but admins and Overwatch will ban you for using that stuff.

But the recoil things gets me coz recoils can be a hack.

Has anyone used this mouse b4?

Yes, you can "hack" to lessen recoil. Does that mean this mouse is a hack? No. VAC ONLY CHECKS FOR KNOWN CHEATS. It CANNOT know that your mouse lessens recoil, creates macros, or shoot sparkly fairy dust; and frankly, it DOESN'T CARE.

Great all we need is a 'legitimate' cheater with a mouse that corrects recoil because he sucks at the game, wonderful..

Don't worry, hell get his ban finally.

How about mouses with "rapid fire"? Thinking of getting a gaming mouse, but sort of sceptical about that function :/
ReBoot Jul 10, 2014 @ 4:44am
What about just not using that function?

How would a mouse lessen recoil, unless its a macro, then i would consider it a hack

Easy: a programmable function to pull the mouse down while the first mouse button is pressed

It doesn't do that, it actually compensates for the recoil to keep it as close to the center of the crosshair as it can.

mouse is everything

as long as the mouse used as a legacy mouse, nothing would happen.
you'll need a program (probably comes with the mouse box or cd installation), to make it the "recoil" works.

whether that program is VAC bannable (since it will be running on memory) or not, depending how the program actually works.

just a reminder:
you dont get an instant skill-up by using an automated mouse or tools.

if you are talking about a simple legacy mouse vs good dpi mouse,
then yes, precise control is everything.

however, if you are bad at controlling, regardless what mouse you are using, you are still bad at it

to make it simple, just like a smartphone analogy;
smartphone + dumb user = not smart

i think using that kind of mouse would be unfair anyway
