Help me, I've long been banned, I want to remove my ban, I have no script and I do not use it... plz unban :/ I'll be good, play my game

Mistaken bans are automatically removed by Steam shortly after you receive them. You have over 200 days and that is not a mistake.

Valve will not provide evidence because that would help cheat devs.

Start by reading the pinned thread on VAC bans. This is a user forum. So there is no management to complain to

Valve has the evidence therefore why you are banned, they will not reveal it to you. You agreed to the SSA it's your fault you got banned shouldn't of cheated.

when you made your account you hit the i agree with the terms correct? the terms say that if you are banned you will not be given proof sorry buddy

It's against the Steam Subscriber Agreement to sell your account. Make a new account and buy the game again.
