What? Vac banned?

I do not know what happened, I was playing with friends on a Counter Strike 1.6 server and they called me to go to dinner, it was about 20 minutes later and when I came back to try to get into the server I got the alert that I received a vac And the truth is that I do not know why, because I've been playing with CS 1.6 for 3 days while I was using Non Steam, my first VAC was in the CSGO without knowing why since I was due to play very low FPS (5-10 ) And the two hours I had of that game was configuration and this CS1.6 game I've been playing it for almost two years and the truth is that I have a lot of fun since I met many friends and I think this VAC is not given properly since I never I used some external or internal program to play better because I'm a bad thing playing but well, the question is that I do not know what is the reason if when I went to dinner I was playing and when I came back I was with VAC.

Other users who are going to write that use hacks etc are wrong and avoid commenting without being able to help me by putting "Enjoy your VACations"

VAC bans are delayed so it had nothing to do with the 20 minutes while you were having dinner.

I suppose you could try bringing it up with support , but VAC bans are somthing not normally lifted.
