App issue, can't log back in

I am unable to log in to my Steam account in the Android app, yet I have no problem logging in on my PC to the Steam client application, such as I am now. I've tried a bunch of times, hours apart between tries now these past few days, with no luck. I've checked and double-checked and I am not mistyping my password. It allows for seeing what you are typing in, too, for those that don't know.
I don't know what to do now. The app logged me out some time back, probably with the last update, and now I cannot get back in.

Try forcing the app to close. It worked for me.

Normally for me, force closing the app fixes the issue on Android.

Did you also try clearing the app's cache and data?

Yes. Done both.

How do the f*** do I call Steam Support? I'm suddenly locked out of my desktop client as well. Completely out of nowhere. I reset my password like 10 times before I was finally allowed into steamcommunity.com. 5 times to get into steampowered.com, but the self-help crap doesn't get me anywhere. Desktop client still refuses me no matter how often I reset my password now. My caps lock is off.
