Planet side 2 help ( not just on steam )

Hello,

Well im playing on steam almost every day and one day i felt like playing planet side 2 and to my surprise the launch is the american version, my question is, is there going to be an alternative download for those in the EU ? Also i went to the planet side 2 website and downloaded the EU version and the link or button or icon would not respond to my mouse click and i know its not in steam but if you have had this problem and have fixed it or know how to fix it please respond.
