How to add videos / screenshots to Game Hub?

So how do you add videos and screenshots to gamehub?

Take some screenshots
Upload screenshots as public (default)

Now they're in the hub.

To add videos, first you need a YouTube account. Then you need to link your YouTube account to your Steam profile. You can do this on your profile page. Then make a video, and upload it to YouTube. Then go to your profile, then the link for videos, and there will be a link to add a video. This will bring up a list of all your public YouTube videos. Pick the video you want to add to the hub, then pick the game from the drop down list. It will now be listed on the hub.

Another question, can i post pictures eventhough the game isnt in my library/on my computer?

It appears in the game hub as soon as its added, you likely won't see it unless it gets a lot of "likes" and views.

Or set the hub to show "Recently added" instead of "Top rated".

Also, make sure you have In-Game enabled in your settings. Screenshots taken with it switched off won't appear in the screenshot manager.
