Steam Summer Sale 2012 Badge Bugged

With all the hubbub over badges and trading cards recently, I was looking over my badges and I noticed something didn't look right. My Steam Summer Sale 2012 Badge isn't complete!

I recall at the time there was some bugs around the votes registering, but as someone too compulsive to let these things slide, I was putting in multiple votes on any given voting period so there shouldn't and wasn't a problem getting that complete badge. I have no idea why the badge has reverted or if it wasn't awarded in the first place or if something funky has happened.

Did anyone else have problems getting that badge at the time or are surprised to notice their badge isn't complete?

I have the same problem. I voted a ton and never got the badge.

I am not getting ANY new badges. I bought a bunch and voted a bunch, after my initial 4 badges Steam decided I had enough and cut me off!
