Summer Sale Thoughts
Well, I've stocked up over $70 in my steam wallet right now through buying cards in Best Buy and selling TF2 items. I'm ready for the summer sale. Wait games do you want to see this summer? I really just want to see the Borderlands 2 character packs to go on sale, as well as ESV: Skyrim and its DLCs.

Yeah, Skyrim DLC will likely be included, as well as Bioshock Infinite. And a lot of indie titles too.

I havent played Sleeping Dogs yet so would like that. StarDrive looks interesting too.
I still haven't played all the 100 odd games I bought last summer, so I don't think I will be buying many this year.

I'll have to see which games are discounted by what amount. In the long run, I'm interested in picking up pretty much anything on my wishlist, but none of it is urgent. I'll be glad to grab what I can. Budget is about $150 to $200 max.

Some ones I'll definately get if they're on sale:

-Skyrim DLC (dragonborn)
-Civ V DLC (gods & kings + map packs)
-Crusader Kings 2 DLC (Old Gods)
-DCS: A-10 Warthog (still kicking myself for not picking this one up on the last 75% same earlier this year)
-Train Simulator 2013 + some DLC's (likewise. Most DLC's are terribly overpriced so I'll see what I can get)
-Fallout: New Vegas + DLC

-Game of Thrones RPG + Genesis
-Borderlands 2 + DLC (depending on how much they're discounted. I still have the first one to keep me occupied so this isn't urgent at all. Looking to buy the GOTY edition a few years down the road, but if I can get most of it earlier on a sale I'm not going to wait)
-Euro Truck Simulator 2
-Arma II

Basically, anything I can get is great. I'd be happy with nothing too, everything above that is sugar - I have plenty of games in my library to keep me occupied for a long while yet.

Well the only really must buy for this summer sale for me Dragonborn DLC for Skyrim. If Crusader Kings II has some music and unit graphics DLCs released along the Old Gods I'll probably postpone buying them until they have discount.

If Dead Island Riptide has discount (the price better drop below 30€) I might consider buying it. Same with Resident Evil 6 if the price drops below 20€.

Skyrim Complete Edition should be avaliable by then - they probably won't give it more than 50% off because it's a "new release" -_-

Besides most of the stuff everyone has posted is on sale on Amazon right now : )

Has anyone heard of a Memorial Day sale on Steam? A friend said they usualy have one but after a google search I find no relevant information on it.

I've started only buying stuff if it goes to 75-80% off, but then if that happens, all bets are off. The wallet will probably take a beating. The only games I'll make an exception for, because they probably won't hit more than 50%, are Dragonborn and New Vegas GOTY. Other than those, I'm looking for:

Lego Star Wars Complete
Lego Clone Wars
Both Lego Indiana Jones games
Sleeping Dogs + DLC
Black Ops II
Far Cry 3
Assassin's Creed Revelations
Pinball FX2

I tend to aim for only buying games that are on 75% or more unless it's a really good deal or I just want the game that badly. What I'm looking to buy is:
Bioshock Infinite Season Pass
Super Meat Boy
Call of Juarez Gunslinger
Knife of Dunwall
Possibly some Sleeping Dogs DLC.
Will most likely end up buying a lot of other games that I never knew I wanted or have been on edge about buying!

It would be nice if any big titles would go on sale, I remember Sleeping Dogs go for 4,99€ last winter. :)
