Add/Edit Forums Permissions in Community Groups
Hi all,

I'm an officer in a group and the admin would like me to edit the forums by adding sub-forums and setting them up properly, but I can't seem to get the "Add/Edit Forums" tool in "Admin Tools". The admin understandably doesn't wish to tick EVERY permission next to my name so we can figure out which one allows me to "Add/Edit Forums". None of the permissions say anything about forum changes. What permission allows an officer/moderator to "Add/Edit Forums"?

Have the exact same question; sorry for reviving an old thread, but could not find an answer anywhere.

As far as I know, only group owners can add/edit subforums. There seems to be no option to give moderators or officers access to it.

I can confirm that only Group Owners can add/edit subforums, and that it is not possible to give any moderators or officers permissions to do it.

Only way to let an officer do it would be to make him log in as you (you = owner), but that is strongly advised against, not only by me, but by Valve themselves.
