i received it from a friend in chat, he received from a friend in chat etc...
Don't open it, i know only that it sends the same sentence to all your friend list if you open.
if someone knows what it does please tell me.

It's probably a virus/keylogger of some sort. Don't open it.

all i know is that it downloads something on a russian site there will be send to your computer in the same second you click it (keylogger) is my guess

If you find a phising/virus link on Steam NEVER, NEVER, NEVER post it, unless you want to spread the virus.

When you find that kind of stuff report it to a Steam Moderator.

Thats not possible. Nothing can ever download without your consent.

what happens when you click on a link? data from you will be send to that server and you will get data from that server no matter what, you do not have to accept anything or get asked about this

if you want to take this risk then go ahead and do it but do not tell other people to do it

That virus is around from november. When you click on that link (usualy with "immage" extection) your browser will download a file, if you open that file you got the virus. The virus will take controlo of you Steam account at once and start spamming that kind of you to all your friends list.
